Q: What finish and colour can I have?
A: we offer traditional oiled finishes as well as polyester and polyurethane. Colours are ‘almost’ limitless depending on the colour of the substrate of course.

Q: Is a H/S/S or H/S/H pickup configuration possible?
A: Yes, on certain models such as the Deimos. The Original Series and Tachyon are too thin to accommodate a 5 way switch and so its not available for those models.

Q: When I play, I am certain that I will hit/knock the toggle switch on your Original Series. Can I change the location?

Q: Do you offer easy payment options?
A: Yes, depending on the value of the guitar a deposit will be taken once the specifications and price are agreed. Build times vary between 8 and 16 weeks depending on how busy we are and any number of weekly or monthly payments can be made during the build time with the balance due on completion.
